Academic Honesty
A podcast for academics by academics about academia: the ups and downs of the academy and the moments in between conference deadlines.
In the podcast's inaugural episode, the full panel discusses productivity in academia: what it is, what it should be, and how we might be able to bridge the two. There's a lot of discussion around how activities that are dismissed by academic culture as "unproductive" actually help our productivity in the long run, and BONUS: don't kill us (or, at least, don't kill us as quickly).
In addition to guests, we have a rotating panel of regular hosts who appear in the majority of episodes. The hosts are all researchers at various stages of their careers, from undergraduates all the way up to junior (and not-so-junior?) faculty.
